Hi,

I found MetaUtil.dll under Windows/System32 has APIs I need. I have some
questions about this file.
This DLL has APIs to access IIS metadata, which I cannot find any other APIs
to acccess it.

1. When is this file installed? Default Windows installation does not have
this file.
2. Because it is not installed by default ,can I distribute this file with
my product?

My guess is that it's part of MetaEdit, the metabase editor. It's probably
not redistributable.
