I assume you meant OE, as there's no separate news reader in Office. There
are several attachment encoding methods commonly used in public newsgroups,
which Outlook Express does not support. It also doesn't support multipart
posting of binaries.

You should continue to use Agent (or possibly another third party product)
for those uses.
