CDOSYS does not work rml

iis smtp nntp: I'm trying to convert form CDONTS to CDOSYS. CDONTS works but CDOSYS does
not? I was told if CDONTS works on your server, so should CDOSYS.

Does anyone know of settings I'm missing? Some kind of example would be
great.
