i've noticed that my Windows 2000 Srv SP4 with Exchange 2000 SP3 is really
slow in sending messages. The number of messages waiting in queue is about
5360. Messages go out but very very very slow. about 1 message every 30 sec.

Our SPAM protection (Postini) dictates that no one use our SMTP (Exchange)
