iis smtp nntp : Outlook

I have installed IIS & SMTP on a W2K Workstation and would like to be able
to have Outlook 2000 to send with the installed SMTP Server. Can anyone
point me to information on how to set this up?

In your Outlook profile, configure the SMTP server as your
workstation's name (or IP address). Be aware that some (many) systems
may not accept the mail.

What about recieving mails via SMTP server?
Its difficult to find good information about that.
