i have the outgoing mail server specified with user name & password in the
smtp protocol, but my users keep getting this error:

I have a two-step mail process. The front end is a Symantec product
that does the RBL/SPAM/Virus checking. Accepted messages are then sent
on to Exchange.
The problem is: When spammers send "guess-mail" (smith@mydomain.com)

Greetings all:
I received reports that mails are not coming into
people inbox. I checked and saw that the queue
was not being processed. I stopped/restarted smtp
service and mails started flowing again.
Any suggestion?

I have an VB Script that uses CDONTS to create emails. This is working
happily and placing the emails in the Inetpub\mailroot\Pickup folder.
Is there anything I can use that will allow me to read the emails that end

I get the above error when I try to send mail from my exchange server to my
Web hotels SMTP server. It worked last week, then I reinstalled my server and

When I check the SMTP logs, it looks to me as though the timestamp is set
into the future by 4 hours: the mail was generated at 2:10pm (14:10) but the
log has 18:10. My system clock is correct. What would account for the
difference in time?

and pop3-mail.
I was able to send mail to almost everyone, except for som
hotmail-accounts. Now, I'm using my ISP relay SMTP-server and I don'
