iis smtp nntp : Configuring OWA in EXSRV 2003

I have installed 2003 on a server and I can not get OWA to bring up the logon
page. I still have the 5.5 server in production and OWA works fine. I have
moved a mailbox over and regular mail works fine o it, Just not OWA. Am I

Have you enabled forms authentication for OWA?
