iis smtp nntp: I read the article about sending mail at

mentions creating a dll for additional requirements.

Can anyone give me any info on you would do this?

Open a text editor, write the code, compile the code as a dll, and you
will have a dll file.

None of this is however related to the SMTP service located in IIS.

I suggest you try a programming newsgroup to get more help writing this
code.
