SMTP ERROR! -- iis smtp nntp

I get following error message when i send mails from my outlook using MS
Exchange 2003.

What could be the problems?

it appears that the other end doesn't like you. Possibly a reverse DNS
lookup fails (because you have defined your sending server as
mailserver.dpsludhiana.local instead of using your correct Internet
domain name.
