iis smtp nntp : WebMail client

I have a windows 2003 server which runs without a problem supporting outlook
and express clients. However, some of my users from time to time do not have
access to either and would like to access their mail in a similar fashion to
Hotmail.

Hello,

You can use SquirrelMail it's free and based on PHP beside it's open
source, and there are alot of plugins you can install for free too.

Check it on http://www.squirrelmail.org/
