SMTP 'Best' setup in iis 5.1 -- iis smtp nntp

Hi All,

I would be really grateful if someone could let me know the best set up for
SMTP in iis 5.1 - my current setup does send emails - but hours or days after
the message has been sent from the website.

Not sure that's the right question exactly. I think your best course of
action would be to troubleshoot why the email takes so long to go from one
MTA to another.

What have you done so far to troubleshoot?
