iis smtp nntp: I am trying to make an imitation of my real website here on my pc with Iss.
I using Windows XP Professional, I have Perl and PHP for windows, I will
like
to also test asp.

Now, where I can find info, or can someone give me some tips on how
you make the results of the form to be dropped on the IIS SMTP server ?

Just use CDOSYS component in your asp to send mail.
