Mail Queue Cannot Connect to Destination

iis smtp nntp: We just recently changed our T1 and MX record. There is a couple mail queues
that mail will not leave from the server. One in particular that I worry
about is with a client. I have talked with their IT staff. They have
monitored their firewall to see if any incoming messages have come on their
end (from our IP) and haven't seen anything.

There was a routing problem on our gateway router. Added the static entry for
the IP they had listed on their MX record and the queue cleared out.
