iis6 smtp -- iis smtp nntp

please can someone help me here, i've a problem where all my SMTP mail =
sends are getting ...
Message delivery to the remote domain <name> failed for the following =
reason: The remote server did not respond to a connection attempt.

this message is received for all external mail only.

I'm using anonymous access in the outbound security tab

no masquerade domain

fqdn: mail.shinypc.co.uk

no smarthost?

please help!!

You're probably trying to go through a firewall with port 25 blocked. =
Check with your system admin on this.
