Hi
On a win 2003 server I have smtp set up and working and have created
pop3 mailboxes for a domain.
Mail is being delivered fine, it is in the default drop folder.
However when I try to collect it with outlook or similar the mail
isn't picked up.

So we have some ASP forms with the CDO for sending mail and it seems that at
times during testing a message to ourselves it takes 4 hours to arrive. We
have Exchange on our network so why would it take so long to get to us from

We have a server (Windows 2003) set up with Microsoft SMTPSVC. We have been
experiencing a large quantity of emails being sent to the “Badmail†folder
and not being sent out. On some of the .bad messages which are being sent to

I've been getting the same problem as HostmasterX posted on June1.
In my situation the Domain Controller is smtp server and the badmail folder
was on the systems partion. The whole shebang came to a grinding halt a
couple of days ago.

Have a strange issue with IIS6 SMTP server, mail just sits in the queue.
After a server reboot mail is forwared, but all new mail still sits in the
queue. The logs say the remote domain can't be found and sent mail is
delayed.
