Mail disclaimer -- iis smtp nntp

Hi All,

I am running Exchange 2000 and I want to append a disclaimer for all my
outgoing emails. Can anyoone tell me how I can do that on my server so that
wheneever an email is being sent out from my exchange server the disclaimer
gets appended to it.

Use the OnArrival event, can be done right on the SMTP Service but the
details are in the Exchange areas of MSDN.

Stick with the VBScript way, the C#/VB.Net examples contradict each other
and I was never able to get either to work even without COM+.
