I'm looking up information on 452+Too+many+recipients+received+this+hour

be much else I can find. Anyone have other information on how to have these
types of messages retried?

We have just upgraded our ASP.NET application from framework version 1.1 to

A minor annoyance, but something I cannot quite figure out... Where I

Win2k machine, via a virtual server in IIS5. For a while, we'd get
Delivery Status Notifications, either for a delay or failure in
delivery. For some re... more >>

Hi Folks;
Try as I might I can't seem to get IIS 5's SMTP log files to reflect the
proper time. For instance, it's now October 21, 2007 at 10:28 PM
I just sent an email to myself and checked the logs. The logs show it's

"hide" mail-server

Hi,
I would like to know, if it is good practise to change the usual ports (25 /
110) of a mail-server to different ones, only for hiding (more or less) the
existence of the mail-server:
In this case during an external attack, checking the two common ports
wouldn't give the expected result... more >>

I've done quite a bit of research to try and fix this and I found out
Sanford Whiteman is "the man" when it comes to Merak and IIS SMTP. So
I'm hoping he can help...
I have Merak and several IIS 6.0 websites on a 2003 webserver with .php

IIS 6.0 SMTP - Is ot possible to specify a return address on NDR?

Hi all,
I have a number of SMTP VSs that each have unique local
domain names. These are used as platforms for anti-virus and
anti-spam programs. When an NDR is generated, it reflects the
sender as being from the local domain, e.g.
postmaster@thisserver.mydomain.local - which means... more >>
