We're running Windows 2003 Server (standard) SP2, with ISA Server 2006
(standard). IIS6 is setup as our edge SMTP relay, with an Exchange 2003

What do I need to have in place in order to send an email from within a command file? I have an automated script that is launched by the scheduler and I need to receive an email when an issue arises.

I'm using an IIS SMTP inside a Win Serv 2003 Web Edition as a relay to
an Exchange server. I've already published an SPF policy for the domain.

We have installed a TFS server for development which requires a
non-authenticated SMTP server for event notification. We have an external
mail server that requires authentication, so we cannot use that for this
