Hi I want to send out email represent my franchise (use
service@myfranchise.com for From) use SMTP service, the email will go to
Junk Email folder. But If I send our use outlook/express in my franchise’s
computer, it’s ok. Someone said need to add my server IP to the domain MX
record, is it a solution? How to handle that? Thanks.

No.

Your outbound servers are under no obligation to be listed in the
(inbound) MX records for your domain.

Outbound servers should be listed in your SPF record, if you have one.
If you have not published an SPF policy (and you seem too new to SMTP
to have taken this advanced step), do not be concerned with SPF
records. Worry about A and PTR records for your domain and your IP
block, and your SMTP Virtual Server's HELO configuration. See below.

Read my previous posts on the 'roundtrip' that your outbound server
must pass to ensure (or at least encourage) successful remote
deliveries.
