Some domains get stuck in queue when sending email but not all

iis smtp nntp:

I am using IIS with SMTP and have it setup to send emails.
Most domains work but there are two that I have found that will not leave
the queue on my server. One of the domains is my own. The other is a
internet email provider. This is very strange please help.

These are essential ingredients for troubleshooting remote delivery.
