Is there a command that allows you to flush the SMTP server in IIS 6.0?

With the service paused, the existing queue will be serviced, but not
added to.

If you must _delete_ all the msgs in a large queue, in most cases you will
need to stop the service first.

Restarting the service will start a queue service run.
