iis smtp nntp: Just a heads up for anyone with this smtpsvc 4006 error.
We had changed our firewall to only allow outbound connections on 25 to a
mail server overseas.
however, we were seeing the IIS server try to make connections(on firewall)
to some seemingly random IP. This error appeared in eventlog:
"message delivery to host "x.x.x.x" while delivering to the remote domain
domain.com the server did not respond to a connection request.
Where x.x.x.x was the seemingly random server that was catually a websense
node.

Also the C:\Inetpub\mailroot\Queue would not empty.
Turns out that IP was a websense server that filters traffic then forwards
to that particular mail server.
Addes the IP for websense to the whitelist on the firewall and all is good
again.
now smtp connections can be made and email is forwarding again.
