sql server (alternate) : Access to SQL2000

What is the best way to import or transfer a Access database
to sql2000, I tried that wizard and for the life of me I cannot get
it to work correctly.

Your best bet would be to use DTS. Is that what you mean by wizard? If so,
what is the failure specifically?
