sql server (microsoft):
What version of Access?

There are Upsize Wizards available for both Access 97 and Access 2000:

Access 97

Access 2000
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=bf133060-3ed5-4e69-9c4f-3a34c1c4be7d&displaylang=en

You can also use DTS (Data Transformation Services) from the SQL side.

Take a look, too, at what SSW has at http://www.ssw.com.au/ssw/

Afraid I don't know for MySQL.
