What version of Access?

There are Upsize Wizards available for both Access 97 and Access 2000:

Access 97

Access 2000

You can also use DTS (Data Transformation Services) from the SQL side.

Take a look, too, at what SSW has at http://www.ssw.com.au/ssw/

Afraid I don't know for MySQL.
