sql server (microsoft) : SQL Server Workgroup Edition

What's the downside to using SQL 2005 WG Edition as compared to SQL STD
Editon ? I can live with the memory constraint and the lack of OLAP ...
actually I think my main concerns are about what I might not be able to do
with Reporting Services ...
