sql server (microsoft): Can MOM, SMS, Sharepoint Portal Server 3.0 share a database
server..... Does anyone has MOM databases on a shared database
server? Any issues? We are planning to put MOM, SMS and Sharepoint
databases on one database server.

Any advice will be appreciated...

I think that SharePoint might be more resource intensive than the
other database

if you're serious about having 3 databases; you could consider having
3 different instances of the relational db
