sql server (microsoft) : Upgrade from SQL Server 7.0 to 2000

I am not able to get detail information from what as changed from SQL
Server 7.0 to 2000 from T-SQL commands, statements, syntax etc
standpoint. any help, whitepaper, URL will be highly appreciated.

A place to start is BOL (Books On Line) in the "What's New in
Microsoft SQL Server 2000".
You can download the latest BOL from Microsoft.

to T-SQL changes.

Alternatively, in BOL:
* set Active Subset to "SQL Programmer: Transact-SQL"
* open up "Transact-SQL reference"
* New and Enhanced Features in Transact-SQL
