It's possible. Ensure you install SSIS (Integration Services) and BIDS
(Business Intelligence Development Studio) in SQL Server setup.
You can find the limitations of the editions of SQL Server from the

Hello,
If a file has been damaged because of disk problems, copying it to somewhere
else will not fix the file. You have a couple of strategies you can try.
1 - If it is only the log file that has been corrupted, you can try creating
a new log file and replacing the existing one. This fo... more >>

If you have a multi instance machine the port 1433 can only be available
for one of the instances of SQL server. Usually the default instance is
assigned 1433.

On separate servers yes, but on a multi instance server no.
Only 1 application can be bound to a port at a time

You can use it but 88 is commonly used to run kerberos. To avoid any
conflicts you'll probably want to choose a port well above 1000 possibly
in the 2000 range.
