Dear Professional

I read about Locking from BOL but still I have some confusion can any body
give me any URL from where I can get the detail locking concept step by
step.

The book by Kalen does an exhaustive analysis to locking and blocking ...

You can also turn back to "Inside SQL Server 2000" again by Kalen to topics
on Locking ... There is a chapter I suppose ...
