sql server clients : Object Browser not debugging

I am trying to execute a stored procedure thru the Object
Browser and the DEBUG process doesn't work. I have tried
it on other PC's and it works. Not sure what I have done
to disable on this PC.

Any help will greatly be appreciated.

Check out the section in BooksOnLine under "troubleshooting SQL Server,
Transact-SQL debugger" and make sure all the steps have been addressed.
