Canot install sql client 2k on win 2k3 web edition

sql server clients:

Hi all,
I can aggree that its not possible to install sql server 2000 in win 2k3 web edition server. But it should allow me to install atleast the sql client on it. Is there anybody who knows about it? or how to trick the installation to install only the client

"Installations of non-Web serving applications are prohibited.
ASP.NET-based applications that include code written in third-party
programming languages can include that programming language's runtime
components. For non-Web serving applications, you should consider Windows
Server 2003, Standard Edition. "

This is why the SQL Server Management tools cannot be installed on Windows
2003 Web Edition. However, MDAC and ADO.net is present on Web Edition so if
you create an app that needs to connect to SQL Server, then this can be
done.
