The upsize wizard has more than a few issues.

While it's not the easiest method, I recommend first creating your SQL
Server tables and contraints. Then, import your data into SQL Server from
Access. In this manner you can control how data fields get typed and insure
the integrity of the data.

Ok, I finally figured out SQL somewhat. I cannot upsize all of my
databases using the upsize wizard provided with Access 2000. I can
upsize some database, but most importantly, not the one I need to
upsize. Does anybody have any idea why some would upsize and some
wouldn't? Could it be a problem with linked tables? OR is there any
other way of converting the access databases into SQL databases for SQL
Server 2000? Remember, I am a very first time SQL user.
Thanks a lot,
Aaron Shover

The Upsize Wizard for Access 2000 has some 'Limitations' as Microsoft calls
them. Try using Access 2002 instead, it's Upsizing Wizard is much better.
