SQL 2005 client tools-- 64 bit version

While I am installing SQL 2005 Enterprise edition 64 bit version, if I select client tools also, installation fails. My question is, can't we install client tools with this 64 bit server software CD. I forgot how to verify the database backup file. I think there is one DBCC command through which we can verify the database backup file to make sure its not corrupted. Can any one recall this. Thanks ...more >>

Why do you need the Microsoft Office Web Components for 2005

Our security will not allow up to have the Microsoft Office Web Components. I thought it was needed for the books on line but I uninstalled the web components and was still able to use BOL. Does anyone have any idea if we could install the client tools on our desktops without the Web Compone...more >>

I haven't used xp_sendmail before...new job...new problems... We apparently have several emails that aren't being sent daily when they are supposed to be sent.
