Fastest way to move XML document into and back out of CLR function
In SQL Server 2005 and Visual Studio 2005, what is the fastest way to pass
an xml data type variable into a C# CLR function and retrieve it back out of
the C# CLR function when the C# CLR function is done modifying it?

Hi All
Is there any tools to fix log file
my H.D.D have bad sector and that on SQL server directory on my database
login file(x_db_login.idf)
so I copy from there by tools but it's not work other file for(x_db_data)
what I do? I creat database by same name(x) and i copy SQL(x_data /x_log)

Hello!
The OS I use in windows 2000 professional.
I'm going to install SQL Server 2005 and there are three different versions.
These are SQL Sever Itanium, SQL Server x64, and SQL Server x86
I just wonder what is the difference between these and which one is the best
to use in my case?

Hi,
I just came across the new feature list of SQL Server 2008 - "Word based
report authoring", do I interpret it right when I think it enables me to
edit XML text contend of the database with a Word 2007 front end?
It would be a phenomenal feature!
