I have some problem with my cluster server, SQL IP goes
down from time to time. Also the mssqlserver service
failed to start because of some error. Do I have to re-
cluster my server. I found out also that there is some
problem with the registry cause I issue -resetquorumlog
parameters to bring back on-line my cluster.

Given the information you provided, it's hard to tell
whether it's easier to rebuild the cluster or to try to
repair.

Note that if the SQL SErver IP resource can't come online,
your SQL Server will not come online because of the
dependency. Fixing the IP problem often is relatively easy.

What error follows the part of the application log that you posted in your
post? Why did SQL Server not start?
