Full text Search Failed After Installing SP3 -- sql server clustering

Full text catalogues failed after installing SP3 on fail
over cluster ..

I tried the work around suggested in KB;817301 article and
still getting the same problem.

Any help in resolving the issue or pointing to the right
direction will be appreciated.

I'm not sure if this is the same tread, but a more active thread (subject:
"Re: FullText catalog fails after SP3 installed") for a clustered
environment can be found in the fulltext newsgroup.
