I have installed SQL2000 sp3 on w2K3. When I first tried
to connect from a W2K (sp3, MDAC 2.7) web server I

My clients lose their connection to the virtual machine when it rolls over
from the primary to the 2ndary server. They need to restart their app to get
reconnected. I read an article on technet saying this is normal behavior.

Suppose I have a cluster of four nodes, three nodes out of
four are running active instances and the fourth one is
passive. Do I need SQL license for all four nodes or just
three nodes? Its windows 2003 and SQL 2000 enterprise

In SQL 7.0 days there were problems clustering SQL when
