sql server clustering : Setup Error of SQL 2000 HELPPPP!!!!!!!!!

I have 2 SQl servers one End1 and the other END2. SQL 2000 EE is being installed on ENDSQL1 after entering the the VIP it prompts for the location of the data on the shared array. I am selecting my F: drive which has 40 GB allocated(I can write to this drive, so the drive is configure correctly) once I verify my user credentials it asks me then Displays that the install will write to My C:Program files and the Data will write to G: (After reading white papers it states that this should default to the same drive as I 1st selected and it is not). Then it tries to install and after minutes it returns the following error.

Setup failed to perform required operations on the cluster nodes.

Here is the sqlstp.txt I can't find anything obvious

This is from END

321063 HOW TO: Troubleshoot the "Setup Failed to Perform Required
Operations on
http://support.microsoft.com/?id=321063

The F: / G: drive issue could be the root cause. Double-check all your
settings. Do both F: and G: failover correctly and have the expected files
on them after failover? Does the node you are installing from currently own
both drives? Do you have any multipathing software that could be pointing
to the "wrong" location at some point?

Unless the log got cutoff, it ends with the account info which doesn't list
a domain name and has a weird account name ('S'). Make sure you're using an
account that is a domain user and that the domain user is a member of the
local admin group on both nodes. It's simpler if the nodes and the account
are all in the same domain to avoid dealing with trust issues and
cross-domain permission checks.
