I know that standard edition doesn't support Clustering,
but my question is, can we still install SQL server
Standard edition with the processor licenses on one of
the Clustered servers and not use the clustering

I have a two node cluster. One node has crashed and I need to know the best approach to rebuild the second node. In my case the node crashed from a hardware failure. We're in the process of building new servers. One would be Win2k Advanced, Cluster Service, and SQL 2k Enteprise.
The question I have is what's the install order I need to take. My intended order is:
