I run a SQL2K SP4 on WIN2K Ad Server SP 3 in an active/active two node cluster configuration
node one hung and had to be rebooted

Cluster Log had the message belo
Cluster file sahre resource benthas failed a status check Error Code 64

Event Log had the messages below
The message in the Event log is [sqsrvres] Online thread QP is not online
The message in the Event log is [sqsrvres] CheckQueryProcessorAlive:sqlexecdirect failed

Please help. What was the cause and how to avoid future occurence

Anytime you see failures in the cluster log, check the NT system and
application Event Logs for errors. The type of message you are seeing is
probably hardware related.
