URGENT!!! changed ip's on cluster, performance issues -- sql server clustering

We change the IP addresses on the cluster and now are
having problems with performace. We had to search through
the registery and find instances of the old ip address
and make changes to the registery. If I had to do this
over I would not have done it. But to late now. NEED help.
