sql server clustering : SQL Cluster failure

I was hoping to install an active/passive SQL 2K Cluster
on Windows 2003 and the sql install failed with the
following error

setup failed to perform required operation on the cluster
nodes

Heres are the contents of the sqlstp.log file

I see from the sqlstp.log that the Public network is name Public Networ
Connection. The spaces in this can cause the parameter is incorrect message.
