sql server clustering : SQL 2000 on win2k3

help!
We are running a win2k3 cluster with sql2000, MSDTC seems to be running, and
it is added in the cluster resource.
I have done the dtctester and I get this result

a. Firewall Has Ports Closed

b. Bad WINS/DNS entries

d. Misconfigured SQL Server machine that has multiple netcards.

For Windows 2003, we willneed to enable network MSDTC access. Have you already done this.

Make sure you do 817064 BEFORE you do 301600.
