Changing SubNet Mask in Virtual SQL server

Hi,
Due to re-engineering of our Network infrastructure, we need to change the
SubNet Mask Properties in the SQL Virtual IP resource. We are using SQL 7.0

We are running SQL server in a cluster environment and Hyper threading are
enabled in that servers. The application and Database servers are
different. The appliactions stores 2 MB size of acrobat files to the table

Hi,
I was told by someone that after install clustering SQL Server 2000 named
instance, it must remove that before installation made the alias. Is that
necessary? What if I leave the alias named instance in the server?

Hi,
After a few frustrating hours yesterday of continually seeing this
error message when trying to install an instance of SQL2000a on to
Windows 2003 cluster I managed to get it to work. In my case the

Hi !
I have win 2000 A.S. with SQL enterprise edition in an active/active
configuration.
Is it possible to to restore a backup of sql bases (master, etc) on a same
hardware configuration, but with virtual server sql renamed ?

to put one BIG server in.
What would be the best way of load balancing 1 SQL database over 2 servers?

We want to upgrade our two nodes active/passive cluster from 3.5 GB RAM to 6
GB. We add the RAM in the passive node first, set the /PAE switch and restart
window. We then failover the Cluster Resources to the passive node. However,
