Very strange behavior of SQLServer with connection from CGI

Hello,
I developed a win32 .exe CGI that connects to a clustered SQLServer to
report some data.
The software is written with Borland C++Builder.

Hi
Just want to know possible scenarios for switching of clusters any
whitepaper .
for e.g. when services are stopped on one node cluster will switch or when
we move the group to other node the cluster will fail what other
possibilities when cluster could switch to other node .

I am going to be installing SP3 on an active /active cluster tomorrow and
would like some help if possible. We have two virtual SQL SP2 servers (one

We recently built a W2K Advanced server, SQL Ent 2000 cluster.
Each node of the cluster had 2 NIC ports:
1 NIC was used for Cross over cable
Other NIC was used for LAN.

Verifies of my backup jobs are repeatedly failing from "Cannot Open Device"
errors on my new Win2003 cluster when run from the maintenance plan job.
