Hi!
I have two sql servers. One raid rack in the middle for them both.
I installe two cluster groups, with two sql installation.
Now I can put a db on one server and it can fail over to the other one and
the other way around. Fine.

I'm currently prepairing a SQL Server Cluster on Virtual Server 2005
according the documentation on

But when I've added the shared SCSI disk as described I can only start the

I'm trying to build a new cluster with SQL Server 2K Enterprise on
Windows 2003 server. When I run the install, I tell it to put the
program files on the D: (local) drive and the data/log files on shared
drives. However, after the installation is complete, almost all the

A change in networking if forcing all of our IPs to change. I have
found KB articles 230356 and 244980 with the processes for changing the
IP addresses of the network adapters and SQL virtual servers
separately, but I would like to make sure I have the overall process
order correct.

Dear Sir,
I have a cluster Active/Passive cluster setting, Win2003. I would like to
know the normal procedures for shuting down the SQL Server on both nodes. Is
that needed to disable the passive node before using SQL Manager to shutdown
SQL Server?Please kindly advise!
