Error Creating a new cluster on windows 2003 Server EE SP1

Hi,
I'm trying to install cluster service on a Windows 2003 Server Enterprise
Edition SP1.
I've configured Network and Disk.
When I try to create a new a new cluster for the first node, I receive this

share the 5th server amongst all of them as the failover node? These

have a vanilla 2003 OS on them. I tried upgrading each nodes to a new custom
build (hotfixes, security templates, etc) and it broke both nodes after I

I have a Compaq DL380 G2 package cluster.
Prior to the Hurricane (scare) for the Houston area, all servers and the
cluster were shutdown/powered down.

network. and have found out that users connect to the Virtual cluster server
inorder to receive SQL services but they get the replay for the physical
node that holds the SQL.
