Service Pack 4 resetting cluster resource settings (affect group)

Has anyone seen that if you install SP4 on a SQL 2000 cluster that it will change the failover setting to affect the group regardless of its previous state? It doesn't do it for Full Text the first time you apply the SP but it will if you reapply the SP. It also sets the setting for "non-SQL" ...more >>
