The 'easy' response is: Call Dell for hardware support.

I have a pair of Dell Poweredge 6650s and each has a 340 gig powervault.

How do I rewire this rascal so both servers sees the same powervault? I
know that there are a pair of SCSI connections into the PV, but they
separate the PV into separate devices, or so it looks to me when I use our
test lab.

Or is there a better way to accomplish a high availability with 2 servers
and 2 separate storage devices?

TIA

If you have a Powervault 220, then set the set switch into clustering
mode. The hook the PV up to the servers, the server must have RAID
controllers that support clustering such as a PERC 4C.

Thanks.

Is that switch on the back or is it part of the setup of the RAID?

On the back.
