sql server clustering : Error when installing SQL Server on cluster

I'm trying to install SQL Server on a two-node cluster. The setup program
fails with the following error message:

-- QUOTE --
Setup failed to start on the remote machine. Check the Task scheduler event
log on the remote machine.

For help, click:
http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink?LinkID=20476&ProdName=Microsoft+SQL+Server&ProdVer=9.00.1399.06&EvtSrc=setup.rll&EvtID=70043

-- UNQUOTE --

When I try to run the scheduled task on the remote machine (the other node),
it fails without returning any error. The command on the scheduled task is
this:

\\SRVGPIDB4\C$\DVD\setup.exe /qn /remote ENCCMD={a very big binary value in
hex}

When the I try to run this command in the command line, it seems to spawn a
setup.exe process and returns immediately. Then that process terminates
shortly after (I see that in Task Manager).

It's not leaving any error messages in the event log on either machines, nor
is it leaving any Scheduled Task log.

Any ideas?

I found the answer; I had to log out of the second node where the task was
executing.
